Because we deal in motorhomes, caravans, camper vans, and travel trailers, our refund and return terms are designed to reflect the nature, value, and condition of these products.

1. General Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of the products sold by Emiroglu Motorhomes, returns are only accepted under specific conditions and must be approved by our team in advance.
A return may be considered if:
The vehicle delivered is significantly different from the agreed description or order details
The wrong product was supplied
The vehicle arrives with a major undisclosed issue that existed before shipment and was not communicated at the time of sale
The return request is submitted within the approved return period and supported with valid documentation
All return requests must be made in writing through email or WhatsApp before any vehicle is returned.
2. Return Request Period
Customers must notify us of any issue and submit a return request within 3 calendar days of receiving the vehicle or taking delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review, especially if the vehicle has already been used, altered, registered, transferred, or resold.
3. Conditions for Approved Returns
If a return is approved, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, unless the return is based on an approved issue reported upon arrival.
To qualify for an approved return:
The vehicle must not be intentionally damaged, modified, or altered
All original documents, keys, accessories, manuals, and related items must be returned with the vehicle
The customer must provide clear photos, videos, and written details of the reported issue
The vehicle must remain available for inspection if requested
Emiroglu Motorhomes reserves the right to inspect the vehicle or request independent verification before authorizing a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Customer no longer wants the vehicle after shipment or delivery
Minor cosmetic wear, age-related marks, or normal used-vehicle condition if the vehicle was sold as used
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, negligence, accident, improper storage, or third-party handling
Delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, border inspections, weather, or transport disruptions
Vehicles purchased under special order, custom request, or wholesale/export agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing
Any issue not reported within the return request period
5. Deposits and Reservation Payments
Any deposit, reservation payment, or advance payment made to secure a vehicle may be non-refundable, especially if the vehicle has been reserved, removed from sale, prepared for export, or shipment arrangements have already begun.
Refundability of deposits depends on the specific sales agreement between the customer and Emiroglu Motorhomes.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible, unless another method is agreed in writing.
Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for:
Bank charges or payment processing fees
Currency conversion fees
Shipping, transport, customs, handling, storage, or documentation costs already incurred
Any damage or loss in value caused after delivery and before return
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking system, and transaction verification requirements.
7. Inspection Before Purchase
We strongly encourage all customers to review product details carefully and request any additional photos, videos, documentation, or information before completing a purchase. Buyers are welcome to ask questions about vehicle condition, model details, availability, and export procedures before placing an order.
8. Exchange Requests
Exchanges may be considered depending on stock availability and the nature of the request. If a customer wishes to exchange one vehicle for another, the request must be reviewed and approved by Emiroglu Motorhomes. Any price difference, transport cost, or documentation requirement will be communicated before processing the exchange.
9. Shipping and Return Costs
Unless the return is due to an error confirmed by Emiroglu Motorhomes, the customer may be responsible for:
Return transport costs
Shipping and freight charges
Insurance costs
Customs duties, import/export fees, and storage charges where applicable
These costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
